Base pay range $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.). Strong understanding of Copilot Studio and its capabilities, including conversational flow design, natural language processing, and AI model management. Experience with Azure services and external APIs is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results in an agile environment (using Jira). Passion for low-code/no-code technologies and a desire to empower others. Summary : Insight Global is seeking a passionate and experienced Power Platform and Copilot Studio expert to join our innovative team and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology within our R&D organization. About the Role: You will play a crucial role in empowering our R&D team to leverage the full potential of the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Your responsibilities will include: Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to understand their needs and design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. This includes building conversational flows, automating tasks, and integrating with existing systems. Copilot Studio Expertise: Become the go-to expert for Copilot Studio within the R&D organization. This involves staying up-to-date on the latest features, best practices, and capabilities of Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. Knowledge Transfer & Training: Empower the R&D team to become self-sufficient with low-code/no-code solutions. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and create documentation to promote the adoption and effective use of these technologies. Community Building: Foster a thriving community of practice around the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation within the R&D team and beyond. Use Case Development: Translate R&D needs into tangible use cases for Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. This includes identifying opportunities to automate processes, enhance research capabilities, and improve data analysis. Pilot Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of a Copilot Studio pilot program within the R&D organization, starting with approximately 100 users and potentially scaling to 300 users. Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot Studio solutions. Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows to integrate with Copilot Studio. Build conversational flows, leverage natural language processing, and manage AI models within Copilot Studio. Provide expert guidance and support to the R&D team on the use of the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to promote low-code/no-code adoption. Collaborate with other departments and external partners as needed. Stay current on the latest advancements in the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Compensation : $70/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
