As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Opportunity: As a member of the Business Application Consulting team, you will leverage Dynamics 365 Applications to deliver custom solutions tailored to client needs. In this role, you will analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and uphold professional standards while fostering meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities will include: • Utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications to create impactful solutions. • Interpreting client needs and offering guidance on D365 business cases. • Overseeing project tasks to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. • Building and nurturing connections with clients, navigating any uncertainties. • Mentoring team members to maintain elevated standards. • Analyzing complex issues and developing strategic solutions. • Staying informed about client requirements to ensure quality solution delivery. What You Must Have: • Bachelor's Degree. • 7 years of relevant experience. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification. • Proven expertise and success in utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications (F&O, CE, Project Operations, or others) and other Microsoft solutions. • Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products. What Sets You Apart: • Preferred: One or more certifications within Dynamics 365 applications. • Experience in implementing D365 solutions effectively. • Ability to interact with clients to identify key requirements. • Expertise in advising on complex D365 business cases. • Skill in conducting business process analysis and creating process flows. • Proficiency in developing project plans and managing timelines efficiently. • Demonstrated abilities as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. • Strong project management capabilities. • Commitment to guiding and providing feedback to less-experienced staff. The anticipated salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
