In this role, you will analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and uphold professional standards while fostering meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities will include: • Utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications to create impactful solutions. • Interpreting client needs and offering guidance on D365 business cases. • Overseeing project tasks to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. • Building and nurturing connections with clients, navigating any uncertainties. • Mentoring team members to maintain elevated standards. • Analyzing complex issues and developing strategic solutions. • Staying informed about client requirements to ensure quality solution delivery. What You Must Have: • Bachelor's Degree. • 7 years of relevant experience. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification. • Proven expertise and success in utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications (F&O, CE, Project Operations, or others) and other Microsoft solutions. • Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products. What Sets You Apart: • Preferred: One or more certifications within Dynamics 365 applications. • Experience in implementing D365 solutions effectively. • Ability to interact with clients to identify key requirements. • Expertise in advising on complex D365 business cases. • Skill in conducting business process analysis and creating process flows. • Proficiency in developing project plans and managing timelines efficiently. • Demonstrated abilities as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. • Strong project management capabilities. • Commitment to guiding and providing feedback to less-experienced staff.
