Job Title: Help Desk Technician – Microsoft 365 Specialist Department: Support Services Reports To: Support Manager Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary: • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Technician with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 to support our clients in a fast-paced MSP environment. • This role requires a solid technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving across various Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. • * Key Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365-related issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, etc.) • Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and groups in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, spam filtering, MFA, device sync, and M365 integrations • Support new user onboarding and offboarding including mailbox setup, SharePoint access, and Teams configurations • Assist with the implementation and support of Microsoft Intune, conditional access policies, and security settings • Document all actions and solutions in the MSP’s ticketing system • Provide client education and training when necessary • Monitor alerts and respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when appropriate • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations if required Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk or MSP support role • Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environment • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory • Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP) • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications are a plus • Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) • Familiarity with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and documentation platforms • Experience supporting clients in a multi-tenant environment Working Environment: • May involve working with multiple clients simultaneously • Occasional after-hours work may be required for escalations or deployments • Must be comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a distributed team Job Type: Full-time Experience: • Microsoft: 2 years (Required) Language: • English (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Miami, FL 33137 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Miami, FL 33137: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
