Job Summary: OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT. Candidate will provide NISTCMMC compliance implementation, management, and tier 3 support for local and remote GovCon clients. Candidate will also provide implementation, management, and tier 3 support for local and remote commercial clients. Other responsibilities include ongoing management of cybersecurity systems, monitoring, and investigation support for potential cybersecurity incidents. Install, support, and maintain cloud based and on-premises networks and applications. Configure and deploy new infrastructure equipment including firewalls, local area networks, wireless networks, servers, and related office infrastructure as well as support and maintain corporate application systems for email and intranet. Ability to work both independently, and as part of a cross-functional team with a willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities while handling multiple tasks concurrently. Contributes to a positive team/work environment while continually seeking ways to enhance contributions to the team. Skills & Competencies: Must have two or more below: Experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, Azure Entra ID (AD) Experience with cybersecurity within the DoD Experience with CMMC/NIST 800-171 implementation and documentation Experience with SIEM offerings Key Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position • Tier 1-2 helpdesk, Laptop Builds, onboard/offboard, Equipment forms, Inventory Management • Provide remote and in-person technical support, incident, and problem management to end users on technology issues regarding computer operations, software support, setups, and error messages • Troubleshoot and support software / hardware applications and business processes • Analyzes and tests new hardware / software configurations • Provide technical support for local and remote laptop users including rebuild, reimage, remote support, and VPN support • Assist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and production • Must be able to effectively communicate with users at all skill levels and document unique issues and solutions in a support knowledgebase or procedure/policy documents • Accurately update applications, websites, and content management systems • Accurately update and maintain electronic records with current data. • On call, and evening or weekend hours will be required as needed for support and maintenance issues.
