Job Title: Project Manager : D365 Finance & Operations Location: Durham, NC-Hybrid Mode of Hire: Full Time & Contract Job Description: Role Overview: Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of D365 F&O projects. This role involves managing cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution: • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. • Team Leadership: • Lead and coordinate cross functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts. • Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication among team members. • Stakeholder Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met. • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. • Risk & Issue Management: • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Resolve project related issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. • Budget Management: • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Track expenses and ensure projects remain within financial constraints. • Quality Assurance: • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
