This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of data reporting from MECM, Intune, and MED365 platforms to support compliance, decision-making, and enterprise sustainment operations. The EM Reporting Specialist ensures DHA maintains enterprise-wide visibility into compliance, patching, and asset utilization. By producing accurate and timely reporting, this role enables proactive risk management, strengthens cybersecurity posture, and supports strategic IT decision-making across the Military Health System Design, develop, and maintain SQL, MECM, Intune, and Power BI reports to provide enterprise visibility into device compliance, patching, asset intelligence, and license utilization. Generate routine and ad-hoc reports on hardware, software, and configuration compliance across on-premises and cloud environments. · Provide license management reporting to support enterprise software compliance and audits. Collaborate with Tier 3 EM Administration, OSD, and Packaging teams to ensure reporting reflects accurate enterprise deployment, patch, and configuration status. Support audit readiness, accreditation packages, and risk assessments through validated reporting and data visualization. Deliver monthly and quarterly compliance dashboards to Government stakeholders in support of service level performance monitoring. Develops Asset, software, hardware intelligence, and license reports; Enterprise management and SQL reporting packages; Compliance dashboards and audit-ready reporting artifacts; Documentation and report release notes
