Power BI / Business Central Analyst Full-Time | Onsite – Cerritos, CA Base Salary: $105,000 Overview: We’re seeking a Power BI / Business Central Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and dashboard personalization within a growing food distribution and manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights, building and optimizing reports, and empowering end users through training and data visualization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Create data tiles and drill-down functionality to improve user accessibility and decision-making. • Customize and personalize Business Central dashboards to fit department-specific needs. • Train and mentor internal users on Power BI reporting and dashboard creation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting gaps and enhance business intelligence capabilities. • Assist in connecting and optimizing data interfaces between Business Central and Power BI. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of hands-on Power BI experience, including report creation, modeling, and data visualization. • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – configuration, setup, and integration with Power BI. • Experience in the food industry or with Aptean software highly preferred. • Understanding of AL extensions a plus, but not required. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
