Company Overview: Trusted Home Buyers is a fast-growing, nationwide real estate investment company specializing in residential property sales, renovations and investment opportunities. We operate in multiple markets across the U.S. and are committed to delivering value-driven solutions for both homeowners and investors. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Dispositions Administrator to join our team and support our national portfolio of investment properties. Position Summary: The Dispositions Administrator plays a critical role in the successful sale of our investment properties across multiple markets. This position is responsible for managing listing processes, coordinating property marketing, and supporting communication with agents, buyers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely sale. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage property listings on the MLS, either directly through third-party listing platforms or by engaging and communicating with licensed local real estate agents in various markets. • Organize and manage all listing-related materials including professional photography, lockbox codes, access instructions, disclosures, and necessary documentation. • Market properties across online platforms including Facebook and other real estate or investor-focused channels to attract cash buyers and investor interest. • Research and identify new marketing avenues to maximize exposure and increase buyer demand in each market. • Contact and follow up with real estate agents, cash buyers, and investor networks nationwide to promote active listings and negotiate deals. • Maintain detailed records and CRM updates related to marketing activities, buyer interactions, and listing performance. • Provide consistent, weekly reporting to management on the status of all listed properties, marketing initiatives, buyer feedback, and closed transactions. • Collaborate closely with acquisitions, transactions, and executive teams to ensure alignment on business goals and market strategies. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in real estate administration, dispositions, marketing, or a similar role within a real estate investment or brokerage environment. • Familiarity with the MLS, real estate contracts, and investor sales processes across multiple markets (preferred). • Proficient with social media marketing, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. • Comfortable making outbound calls to agents and buyers and handling follow-ups professionally. • Energetic, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt to the dynamic pace of a national investment firm.
