Role: Mid-level / Junior level / Entry level Location: North Carolina Employment Type: W2 Contract Work Authorization: Green Card/USC/H4 EAD Department: IT Support / Help Desk Job Summary As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. Your primary responsibility is to provide first-line support, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. • Log, categorize, prioritize, and escalate incidents and service requests using the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and user account-related issues. • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and document solutions. • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Qualifications: Required: • 1+ year of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools Freshers can also apply for this role.
