Director of Data and Information Technology POSITION SUMMARY: WNY Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated and proactive Director of Data and to manage data, and reporting for the organization. This role involves monitoring data activities, addressing support tickets from external partners, oversight of data systems and data integrations, and ensuring accurate data for quality assurance and reporting requirements. The Director is a valued member of the Leadership Team and the Strategy and Performance Team. • Hybrid position: Work from Home / remote office position with in-person team meetings in Western New York/Buffalo. • This is a salaried, exempt position. • This position reports directly to our Senior Director of Business Strategy ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and manage data activities to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure. • Provides data collection and analysis for current and future WNY Integrated Care programs to facilitate program monitoring, performance improvement, and grant seeking activities. • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and data pipelines within Azure environments. • Oversee SFTP systems and ensure seamless file transfers. • Work with ETL processes to enable efficient data integration and transformation. • Manage APIs and integrations for enhanced functionality. • Utilize PowerBI for data visualization and reporting needs. • Collaborate using Jira for project management and issue tracking. • Provide guidance and training to users of Integrated Care’s IT Platform as needed. • Stay updated on the latest technologies and recommend improvements. · Monitor performance metrics for all programs and communicate results of performance metrics within specific timeframes. • Manage the build out of performance dashboards with our contracted vendors. • Work collaboratively with the entire Team and contracted consultants to ensure data needed for reports is provided. • Ensure reports are submitted timely and accurately. • Promptly and accurately submit regulatory reports to state governing agencies • Run metrics reports • Work collaboratively with fellow teammates and any direct reports • Manage multiple time-sensitive priorities • Work independently in a fast-paced environment • Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-growing organization • Provide support for assigned Committees of the Board of Directors and the Network. • Demonstrate excellent customer service on phone, in-person, via email and in all aspects of employment at WNY Integrated Care • Communicate in a positive manner both internally and externally to partners This posting represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proficiency in Microsoft environments • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration. • Familiarity with SFTP management and API development. • Preferred experience with PowerBI for data visualization. • Experience with Microsoft Suite including One Drive and Sharepoint • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a self-starter attitude. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with quality improvement projects. • Experience supervising other team members in a positive, motivational manner. • Experience with providing trainings and technical support to small and large groups both in-person and virtually. • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community with a track record of building authentic, constructive relationships with others. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify and leverage relevant data to use in planning and decision-making. • Ability to multi-task and willing to take on new projects. • Comfortable working both in a Team environment and independently. • Experience with State and Federal reporting • Experience working within a healthcare and/ social care organization BENEFITS: ·WNY Integrated Care provides a fun, progressive work environment with great benefits and a competitive salary; flexible schedule; company laptop; health and dental insurance; generous paid time off package + 10 paid holidays; paid mileage; 401K, cell phone stipend; home office stipend; and the ability to work with innovative, talented, diverse, and valued team members driven to strengthen communities and transform lives. • This is a hybrid position which includes remote work plus in-person meetings and some travel.
