Skills • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Finance or equivalent industry experience • At least 2 full years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations • Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310), or a willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days • A solid understanding of industry-specific best practices and US GAAP • Exceptional customer relationship, communication, planning, and organizational skills • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively • Fluent in English • The ability to travel up to 40% within the US Responsibilities • Guide clients through the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Cost Management, and Credit & Collections • Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate them into effective solutions • Lead modeling and process showcase sessions, and mentor junior consultants to ensure project success • Implement practical business solutions using industry best practices, focusing on improving operational metrics and performance measurement • Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent communication and a collaborative approach Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience • Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012, knowledge of SK Global software solutions, Management Reporter experience, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Associate (MB-310 + MB-300), understanding of IFRS standards, or CPA/CMA certification Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience Education Requirements Credential Category • Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310) preferred Experience Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Finance or equivalent industry experience • At least 2 full years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations Why work in New York, NY New York City is a vibrant hub of culture, finance, and innovation, offering an exciting and dynamic environment for both personal and professional growth.
