We're working with a really fun, well-know company in the Retail industry in their search for a Azure/Node.js Platform Engineer. This Position is About 50% Backend Development (Node.js) and 50% DevOps (Azure/K8's) This is a Hybrid position in North Austin so you must be willing to be in office 2.5 days/week. Package, Benefits and Perks • Excellent Company Culture (National Brand with Family-Vibe) • Your Voice Will be Heard - Own Your Domain • Modern Development Tools and New Product Development • Very Cool Leadership Team who Want Your Opinion What We're Looking for in a Node Platform Engineer: • 5+ Years Experience in Software and Infrastructure Engineering • 4+ Years Experience in Backend Node.js Programming (NPM, etc.) • Strong TypeScript Experience • Significant Kubernetes Experience (AKS) • 2+ years experience implementing/migrating/updating in Azure Public Cloud Environment • Experience deploying Azure/AWS cloud services with Terraform IaC (Infrastructure as Code) • Experience with Kubernetes runtimes such as OpenShift, RKE2, or EKS • Experience building and deploying microservice based applications in cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes • Experience with C#/.NET and Flutter are a nice to have
