Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Migration and Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, converting workflows, and leveraging various Microsoft technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • SharePoint Migration: Lead and execute migrations from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. • Workflow Conversions: Convert existing workflows from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, optimizing processes for better performance and reliability. • Power Automate: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. • Microsoft Syntex: Utilize Microsoft Syntex to enhance document processing and management capabilities. • Microsoft AI Builder: Integrate AI solutions using Microsoft AI Builder to automate and improve business operations. • Copilot Integration: Implement and manage Copilot (not ChatGPT) to assist with various tasks and improve productivity. • GraphQL: Develop and maintain GraphQL queries to facilitate efficient data retrieval and manipulation. • PowerShell: Use PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and management of SharePoint environments. • Workflow Status Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor workflow statuses and provide insights into process efficiency. • Documentation: Develop comprehensive end-user guides and documentation to support users in utilizing new systems and workflows effectively. Qualifications: • Proven experience in migrating SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. • Strong knowledge of workflow conversions and automation tools. • Proficiency in Power Automate, Microsoft Syntex, Microsoft AI Builder, and Copilot. • Experience with GraphQL and PowerShell scripting. • Ability to create and maintain workflow status dashboards. • Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on creating end-user guides. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with additional Microsoft 365 tools and services. • Experience in project management and coordination. • Strong communication skills and ability to train end-users.
