Position Overview The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Gravis’ internal IT environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across systems. This position requires 2–5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and strong technical proficiency with cloud-first enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, NetSuite, and others. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Core Systems Administration • Manage Microsoft 365: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Intune. Implement security and compliance policies, manage licensing, and provide Tier 2/3 support. • Administer NetSuite: Support user access management, coordinate role and permission assignments, assist Finance/Operations teams with basic NetSuite configurations, and act as an internal liaison to NetSuite support or consultants. • Rippling Administration: Configure and maintain employee provisioning, device management policies, and app access workflows through Rippling. Ensure tight coordination with HR and Finance for automation and compliance. • RingCentral VoIP Platform: Administer user accounts, call flows, phone numbers, call queues, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and mobile devices. • Mobile Device Management (MDM): Maintain and enforce mobile security policies across company-owned and BYOD environments via Intune or other MDM platforms. Automate device onboarding/offboarding and monitor for compliance violations. IT Operations & Support • Endpoint Management: Monitor, patch, and manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across macOS and Windows platforms. Leverage automation to scale IT operations and reduce manual workload. • User Lifecycle Management: Streamline onboarding/offboarding processes using tools like Rippling, Azure AD, and Intune. Maintain accurate asset and access inventories. • IT Helpdesk Escalations: Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex support issues, resolving incidents promptly and documenting resolution steps. • Vendor and SaaS Tool Management: Maintain vendor relationships, manage SaaS tool access and renewals, and coordinate with external MSPs or support providers when needed. Security & Compliance • Implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices across platforms. • Monitor system logs, alerts, and incidents; respond to security events or escalations. • Conduct regular internal audits for account access, security compliance, and asset tracking. • Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT security policies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies. Project Work & Process Improvement • Participate in and sometimes lead IT-related projects such as new software deployments, integrations, migrations, or infrastructure upgrades. • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and documentation of SOPs and knowledge base content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations) to continuously improve internal processes and technology use. Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar multi-tenant IT support environment. • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and common SaaS applications. • Experience administering platforms like NetSuite, Rippling, RingCentral, and MDM solutions. • Strong understanding of cloud-based systems, SSO, IAM, and device management. • Familiarity with ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks is a plus. • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Work Environment • Fast-paced warehouse environment must be comfortable working in various conditions. • *Must be able to commute to office 3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday)**
