About The Company Our client is a growing fin tech firm that provides a platform for businesses to unlock working capital and improve cash flow by offering solutions such as receivable finance and supply chain programs. It enables faster payments and greater flexibility without adding traditional debt. Responsibilities • Develop, review, and implement controls for M365, SaaS, and other cloud-based technology systems • Administer and operate the M365 ecosystem and deliver enhancements to improve user experience • Collaborate with business units to deliver effective and efficient technology solutions • Implement new security systems such as SIEM and Disaster Recovery systems • Perform technology system reviews and identify operational and information security gaps • Support technology operation efforts by identifying and automating tasks • Assist with information security response operations Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • 7-10 years of experience in system administration/engineering and M365-specific responsibilities • Experience implementing M365 security controls • Experience with modern authentication flows such as SAML, OAuth, and configuring SSO • Experience with network design and information security • Familiarity with a scripting language or system such as PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Power Apps • Experience with information security and endpoint security controls a plus • Familiarity with Azure Cloud a plus Salary Range $130,000-$150,000
