Position- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain- Warehouse Management Expert, LocalLocation- Indianapolis, INType- OnsiteVisa- No H1Job Description:We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Warehouse Management Expert with strong hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Warehouse Management (WMS) module. You will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless system integration across global deployments. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is confident, flexible, and highly capable of owning a warehouse and data management solutions from both a technical and functional perspective. Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, implement, and optimize the D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Warehouse Management module.Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable, effective WMS solutionsProvide functional and light technical support for warehouse operationsLead warehouse automation initiatives and continuous process improvements using D365 F&OCollaborate with global teams (UK, Taiwan, etc.) across supply chain, finance, and ITSupport data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and trainingDevelop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track warehouse performanceTranslate functional requirements into technical specificationsParticipate in client meetings, status updates, and troubleshooting sessionsStay current on D365 updates, best practices, and WMS enhancementsLimited travel required for go-lives (approx. 1.5 weeks per location); travel is shared across the teamMust occasionally be available to work core EST hours, with some flexibility to meet with global teams Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain (formerly F&O), specifically Warehouse ManagementStrong knowledge of inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, cycle counting, barcoding, RF scanners, and mobile device setupExperience with WMS integrations and warehouse automation toolsProven ability to configure roles, workflows, and security within D365Strong data management skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skillsComfortable working in hybrid technical/business roles (e.g., Technical Business Analyst)Ability to document functional requirements and translate them into technical specificationsExperience with UAT testing is a plusMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred but not required Thanks & RegardsShivam RajpalSr. Technical RecruiterDesk- X 142Mob- Email- LinkedIn- Voto Consulting LLC- M/WBE Certified Company
