The Opportunity: We are searching for a Senior Azure Cloud Security Engineer to spearhead cloud security initiatives, improve our security controls, and collaborate closely with data engineering teams to bolster P&G's security posture. In this highly visible role, you will engage regularly with senior management, product managers, business leaders, and service providers along with technical partners. Understanding that data is a crucial business asset, our Data & Analytics (D&A) organization strives to enhance the value of data securely and responsibly. Position Responsibilities: Cloud Security: Act as the cloud security subject matter expert (SME) within P&G's global D&A organization, supporting platform teams, data architects, and operations teams. Provide guidance to engineering teams on security control implementations and stay updated on the latest Azure services and their implications for risk management. Security and Privacy by Design: Lead efforts to integrate security and privacy controls throughout the product lifecycle, enabling platform growth. Create a toolkit for product and engineering teams encompassing security features, guidelines, processes, control assessments, and metrics. Security Engineering and Automation: Implement automation solutions to enhance security and compliance processes. Evaluate new security technologies and assess their potential for integration. Threat and Vulnerability Management: Conduct proactive threat intelligence reviews, working alongside Infosec partners to mitigate threats to P&G infrastructure. Lead the vulnerability management program, responding to alerts and improving security controls. Training: Design and develop security training in collaboration with enterprise security and cloud teams while contributing to knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives. Job Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another STEM field. 5+ years of hands-on Azure cloud security experience, with deep knowledge of PaaS and IaaS capabilities. Experience with Databricks, Azure Networking, Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Storage Accounts, and VMs is highly preferred. Strong PowerShell, Azure Log Analytics, and relevant scripting skills for security analysis and automation. 3+ years of experience with DevOps teams and CI/CD processes. Solid background in security and data privacy frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA. Ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally at all levels. Willingness to work in the Cincinnati, OH office 3 days per week. Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, and/or AZ-500 are strong advantages. Experience with application development and scripting (SQL/Python) in large-scale programs. Pay Range: $105,000 - $150,000 Compensation may vary based on diverse factors including location, role, qualifications, and experience.
