Job Description Data Automation Specialist Responsible for developing, deploying, and managing analytics across a variety of functions. Reporting on large and diverse sets of data, ensuring accuracy. Responsibilities Responsible for deployment and management of analytical dashboards to provide key performance insights across various functional teams. Execute rapid analysis of large datasets, ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of critical reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions across the organization using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, and other technology platforms. Drive process efficiency by actively participating in and leading organization-wide process improvement initiatives. Configure and manage both standalone applications and complex automated workflows. Promote operational excellence by collaborating with stakeholders to analyze current operations and propose high-impact technical solutions. Champion a data-driven culture by engaging business leaders to define, track, and utilize relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for critical processes. Qualifications 2+ years working with Microsoft PowerBI data visualization software 2+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform solving business data solutions including Power Automate, Power APPs and Power BI Understanding of SharePoint including permissions and infrastructure Ability to research and make recommendations on technology trends and tools Ability to solve challenging problems and take strong initiative Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
