Knoxville, TN | IT Administrator | Full-time We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across an enterprise organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that should expect onsite requirements in Knoxville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to make a big impact in shaping secure access for our client's entire organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Azure AD, and compliance frameworks. Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities: • Responsible for IAM initiatives and serve as backup for IAM lead • Support IAM systems across enterprise organization • Participate in training, documentation, and cross-functional duties • Understand Azure service account architecture Required Skills: • Microsoft Azure AD and on-prem AD • Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • Compliance experience (HIPAA, FERPA) • LDAP directory integration and SSO support • Scripting Experience (C# or PowerShell preferred) • Understanding of SAML, OLAF, and OpenID Connect protocols "Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled"
