Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our healthcare technology team, working on a comprehensive patient access platform. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining both backend services and frontend applications that streamline healthcare workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain C#/.NET backend services using Clean Architecture principles • Build responsive, user-friendly Angular applications for healthcare professionals • Implement domain-driven design patterns and CQRS/MediatR architectures • Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure • Work with MongoDB for data persistence and optimization • Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards Required Skills: • C#/.NET (Primary): 5+ years experience with .NET Core/5+, Entity Framework, dependency injection, and modern C# features • Angular (Secondary): 3+ years with Angular 10+, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture • Azure (Tertiary): Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines • MongoDB (Supporting): Basic understanding of NoSQL databases and document modeling Technical Requirements: • Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design • Experience with CQRS pattern and MediatR library • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation • Familiarity with authentication/authorization (Auth0 preferred) • Understanding of healthcare data compliance (HIPAA knowledge a plus) • Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows Preferred Qualifications: • Healthcare industry experience • Experience with SignalR for real-time applications • Understanding of microservices architecture • Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD experience Experience Level: 5+ years full-stack development
