Mandatory Experience Senior Technical Leads in Dynamics Seven (7) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Five (5) years of recent experience with all aspects of CRM software to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, administration, and system upgrades with Microsoft Dynamics. Five (5) years’ experience with the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports within Microsoft Dynamics Three (3) years of technical hands-on experience using: MS SQL Server (SSRS/SSIS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 .NET C# Experience designing and implementing business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications. Five (5) or more years of Microsoft SharePoint database, administration, or development Experience in leading and/or participating in analysis sessions with business to determine business needs, issues for new CRM, CASE Management development Three (3) or more years’ experience with financial institutions, consumer financial protection and banking Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage project timelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Effective interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
