This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with deep expertise in Windows Server administration and application support. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the performance, availability, and security of enterprise systems, while collaborating across teams to drive IT excellence. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Windows Infrastructure Management: Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. • Application Support: Troubleshoot, support, and optimize performance of Windows-based enterprise applications. • Performance Monitoring: Deploy and manage system monitoring tools to identify, escalate, and resolve issues proactively. • Security & Compliance: Enforce IT security best practices, patch management, and incident response protocols to protect data and infrastructure. • Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and support history. • Technical Consulting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance to align infrastructure solutions with business needs. • Process & Technology Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to automation and system efficiency initiatives. ✅ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. • Proven experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and enterprise-level application support. • Solid understanding of network protocols, infrastructure services, and IT security principles. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). • Familiarity with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible). • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to handle complex technical problems independently. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
