Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our Tier 2 and 3 support team at MSCCN. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and other critical technologies. This role requires the ability to resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Azure, Intune, and AVD systems. Key Responsibilities: • Resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Azure, Intune, and AVD systems • Create and maintain detailed support logs, documentation, and knowledge base articles • Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing hardware and software effectively Requirements: The successful candidate will possess: • In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, and AVD • Proficient troubleshooting, system administration, and endpoint management skills • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Salary: Estimated salary range is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
