Key Responsibilities Generative AI Chatbot Development: Lead the design and implementation of an advanced chatbot that uses RAG methods, delivering rich, context-sensitive responses based on customer reviews. Analytical Dashboard Engineering: Create a data-driven dashboard using Azure OpenAI, providing deep insights and visualizations to aid in decision-making. Prompt Engineering Expertise: Apply prompt engineering best practices to refine and enhance generative AI responses, ensuring relevance and quality. Sentiment Analysis: Deploy sophisticated sentiment analysis techniques to capture emotional nuances in customer feedback, enhancing chatbot empathy and response accuracy. Core Technical Skills Azure Generative AI Integration: Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks and Azure OpenAI, for implementing robust generative AI applications. Programming Proficiency: Strong background in Python for AI and data science applications, with additional expertise in Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics. Machine Learning and NLP: Solid foundation in machine learning and natural language processing, focusing on generative AI methods and applications. Data Pipeline Development: Skilled in designing scalable, efficient data pipelines within Databricks, tailored to support generative AI workflows. Preferred Attributes Proven innovator in leveraging generative AI to improve customer experience and data insights. Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities, translating complex customer needs into impactful AI solutions.
