Systems Analyst - Direct Hire - Buffalo, NY Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for data migration and ERP systems? Our client, a forward-thinking organization that recently completed a major ERP migration from their current ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365, is seeking a Systems Analyst to serve as a vital internal point of contact as they continue to optimize and expand their platform .What You'll Do • :Serve as the main liaison for internal Dynamics 365-related support, triaging and routing tickets to the appropriate support channels (Hitachi and offshore technical partners) • .Assist in the remaining data migration from existing systems into Dynamics 365, leveraging your strong SQL skills • .Utilize SharePoint as a staging area for data organization and preparation • .Support global rollouts of Dynamics 365 in collaboration with the Project Lead and implementation partners • .Pitch in with miscellaneous team support tasks (e.g., entering purchase orders) as needed — we’re a small team and value a team player mentality !What We’re Looking For • :Proven experience working on data migration projects (especially from legacy systems to new platforms) • .Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation • .Application support experience, preferably with ERP systems like Dynamics 365 • .Experience with or exposure to global software rollouts is a strong plus • .A collaborative, flexible attitude and willingness to help across functions when needed .Why Join • ?Be part of a global digital transformation journey • .Play a central role in a high-impact ERP rollout • .Work with a small, supportive, and agile team • .Enjoy competitive compensation up to $110K and opportunities for professional growth .
