Job Summary The MNsure Project Coordinator plays a key role in the Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Solutions Office (BSO), supporting the successful execution of projects across the MNsure portfolio. This detail-oriented and proactive individual manages projects of varying complexity, facilitates communication between teams, and ensures timely delivery through effective planning and documentation. With strong coordination skills and hands-on experience in SharePoint, the Project Coordinator enhances collaboration, tracks risks and issues, and provides critical support to Project Managers through reporting and performance metrics. • Coordinate small to large-scale projects across MNsure’s portfolio • Track risks, issues, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for documentation and collaboration • Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for decision-making • Facilitate planning sessions and cross-team communication • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and project governance • Identify and escalate potential roadblocks to project success Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Three (3) years of career experience in project coordination, administration, or a closely related role • Hands-on experience with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar) A bachelor's degree in business, project management, public administration, or a closely related field may substitute for one (1) year of career experience.
