Responsibilities • Design, architect, implement, and support scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant Dev Ops infrastructure. • Define and establish Dev Ops best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery processes. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to align development, testing, and deployment processes. • Support the migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud platforms. • Develop, maintain, and monitor infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for automation and scalability. • Manage and optimize the deployment and configuration of applications in cloud and on-premise environments. • Work with security teams to integrate security best practices into Dev Ops workflows (Dev Sec Ops ). • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Dev Ops engineers and development teams. • Establish and ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and security protocols across all environments. • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity processes for critical infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments. • Conduct performance tuning, cost optimization, and usage reporting of cloud resources. Qualifications • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Dev Ops, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role. • Cloud Platforms: Expertise in Azure Cloud. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform or Ansible. • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops, Github Actions, or similar tools. • Containers: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration of containerized applications. • Automation & Scripting: Strong skills in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Power Shell. • Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar. • Version Control: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems. • Security: Knowledge of security best practices in Dev Ops, including Dev Sec Ops processes. • Agile: Experience with agile and Dev Ops methodologies, principles, and practices. • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage project timelines. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices. • Familiarity with network and security architecture in cloud environments. • Certifications as an Azure Dev Ops Engineer preferred. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
