We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure Synapse and Medallion Architecture to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable ML pipelines, working in cloud environments, and integrating data platforms to support model training and analytics workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end ML workflows in Azure Cloud.Use Azure Synapse for data preparation, transformation, and analytics.Leverage Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) to organize and process large-scale datasets.Develop and deploy ML models using Python, PySpark, and MLOps best practices.Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver intelligent solutions.Optimize model performance and ensure scalable and reusable ML pipelines.Ensure security, versioning, and reproducibility across ML lifecycle.Must-Have Skills:7+ years in ML Engineering / Data Science rolesStrong hands-on experience with:Azure Data LakeAzure DatabricksAzure Data Factory (ADF)Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)MLOps tools and processes (MLflow, Azure ML, CI/CD, monitoring)Expertise in Python, SQL, PySparkExperience in developing, deploying, and managing ML models in production Nice to Have:Experience with Delta LakeFamiliarity with real-time data pipelinesExposure to Power BI integrationKnowledge of Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
