Job Summary: Blueprint Technologies is a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, focused on leveraging technology to create additional revenue streams for organizations. They are seeking an experienced AI Data Engineer to design and build data and AI solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack, develop robust data pipelines, and operationalize AI models at scale. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for AI and ML workloads using: • Azure Data Factory • Azure Synapse Analytics • Azure Databricks • Azure Data Lake Storage • Integrate diverse data sources (structured, unstructured, streaming) into a unified data platform for ML model consumption • Operationalize AI/ML models using Azure Machine Learning, including model deployment, versioning, and monitoring • Support AI-driven use cases such as natural language processing (NLP), image classification, predictive analytics, and generative AI • Implement and manage MLOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or MLflow • Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to optimize training datasets, improve feature engineering, and streamline model performance • Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are upheld throughout the AI data lifecycle Qualifications: Required: • 5 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or applied AI • 3 years of experience building data solutions in Microsoft Azure, including: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure ML, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake • Strong Python skills, with knowledge of key AI/ML libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow • Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, including feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization • Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment using Microsoft tools • Familiarity with AI-specific solutions such as: Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services (Vision, Language, Speech), Responsible AI toolkits Preferred: • Microsoft certifications: DP-203: Data Engineering on Azure, AI-102: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution • Experience building or supporting solutions using: LLMs, chatbots, AI search (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search), or vector databases • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) Company: Blueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
