As a Data Analytics Developer within Crowe's Consulting Practice, your mission will be to design and implement engaging data visualization and reporting solutions that equip stakeholders with actionable insights for informed decision-making. You will navigate complex data requests, assess business needs, and harness SQL or other querying tools to extract data, utilizing platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and others to present compelling visual narratives. Responsibilities: • Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines, data integration processes, and data management systems within a global data lake and data warehouse using Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions. • Participate in Agile practices to gather and refine requirements through iterative planning, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing tasks, and developing robust enterprise data solutions. • Develop scalable solutions for collecting and analyzing large data sets. • Create logical data models and implement their physical schema design. • Continuously enhance prioritized data assets that facilitate growth in analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities. • Identify project risks and obstacles, communicate with leadership, and proactively collaborate with team members to meet project timelines. • Address data quality issues and support data governance initiatives through data profiling activities. Skills & Requirements: • Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. • Proficient in SQL (including Microsoft, Oracle, PL-SQL, MySQL, etc.), with the capability to create complex views, stored procedures, functions, and packages. • Aptitude for analyzing complex data structures. • Familiarity with dimension modeling and data warehouse principles. • Understanding of ETL concepts and experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Talend, or Informatica. • Experience engaging with end users and business teams to address analytics needs. • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities. Education: • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Informatics, with a focus on development.
