J We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Architect to lead the governance of Microsoft Power Platform across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks that ensure secure, scalable, and compliant use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Platform, enterprise architecture, and governance best practices. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing digital solutions that streamline banking operations, enable workflow automation, and improve data access for front, middle, and back-office users. What you'll do in this role Responsibilities Governance Strategy & Frameworks: Define and implement governance models for Power Platform usage across business units. Establish policies for environment management, data loss prevention (DLP), security, and compliance. Develop standards for app lifecycle management, citizen development, and platform scalability. Architecture & Design: Design enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform components. Ensure integration with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). Provide architectural oversight for complex Power Platform implementations. Security & Compliance: Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to enforce data governance and regulatory requirements. Monitor platform usage and implement controls to mitigate risks. Enablement & Adoption: Drive adoption of Power Platform through training, documentation, and community building. Support citizen developers with best practices, templates, and reusable components. Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track usage, performance, and compliance. Continuously optimize platform configurations for cost, performance, and user experience. Your skills and experience Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Deep understanding of platform architecture, connectors, licensing, and security models. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration. Familiarity with Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory and Azure Monitor. Experience in implementing DLP policies, environment strategies, and role-based access controls. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with Investment Banking operations, such as workflow automation, client onboarding, or compliance Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams Day-to-day reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform governance. 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Experience with security, compliance, and data governance in cloud environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in large enterprise environments. Knowledge of governance tools like CoE Starter Kit, Power Platform Admin Center. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices Experience working with global financial clients or within the BFSI domain
