Job Title: Salesforce Payment Administrator Pay Rate: $45.87/HR Duration: 6 months (20 Hrs/wk) Work Schedule - (Part-time - 20 hrs/wk) Onsite 3 days a week, 7 hours per day Location: Irvine, CA Our Client is a Global medical device Manufacturer. We are looking for a Salesforce Payment Administrator to join our Sales Operations team and support our rebate payouts process. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day rebate operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate and timely rebate payments. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment. This is a part-time position that requires on-site work three days a week, seven hours per day • Support the team with rebate calculations and payments processing in coordination with internal stakeholders. • Maintain Rebates database in Salesforce, enter new rebate agreements and amendments, including extensions, rebate structure changes, and terms and conditions. • Support Sales field and leadership with standard reporting and analysis. • Support the team with process improvement opportunities for rebates. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in special projects to support the growth of the business. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in Sales, Operations, Contracts, or Finance. • Experience working with large datasets and database management systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Proficiency with Salesforce. Additional Skills: • Preferred experience in related tools and applications (e.g., JDE, Tableau development or support). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including consultative and relationship management skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. • Work is performed independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness. • Strict attention to detail with accountability for accuracy of data and analysis. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Good knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies. • Strong business acumen. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others, as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
