Eligibility: W2 only - US Citizens (no sponsorship) The Senior Software Developer will lead the design, development, and execution of full-stack applications, integrating front-end and back-end technologies to support the company’s goals. This role involves collaborating with internal and external development teams, ensuring high-quality code and system performance, with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance. Application Ownership: Lead end-to-end development of a React-based application hosted in Azure. Drive implementation and architectural decisions for the actively evolving React-based application, with flexibility in backend language (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, etc.). Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce and Tableau. Leverage MuleSoft as the API gateway for all application interactions. CI/CD & Quality Engineering: Collaborate with DevOps engineering to manage a fully automated Azure DevOps pipeline across multiple environments that adheres to best practices. Participate in and enforce pull request approvals as the final manual gate in a blue/green production deployment pipeline. Collaboration & Project Management: Manage development projects via agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with security best practices. Security & Compliance: Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to compliance frameworks like NIST and SOC2 Type 2 in the software development lifecycle. Partner directly with our offshore developers and internal Salesforce development team to align backend services and business logic. Document architecture, APIs, workflows, and development standards for internal use and cross-functional handoffs. 5+ years of software development experience MuleSoft or similar Solid experience with relational databases (preferably Postgres), NoSQL (preferably MongoDB), and caching. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps as well as a strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Experience with performance optimization, observability, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of security practices, including encryption, secure coding, and compliance with frameworks like NIST and SOC2 Type 2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective project management capabilities, especially when working with cross-functional and external teams. Experience with Salesforce data models or integration methods (REST, Bulk API, etc.) Experience with Tableau embedding or reporting APIs Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar) Lead impactful projects that align with the company’s strategic vision and collaborate with innovative development teams.
