What You Will Do - Solution Design & Consulting: Collaborate with implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer goals, and design tailored solutions that align with both business and technical needs. - Proof of Concept & Minimum Viable Product (PoC & MVP) Execution: Lead PoC/MVP initiatives to show how our AI solutions can effectively solve real-world challenges for prospective clients. - Technical Advisory Support: Act as a go-to technical expert for the implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams, providing advice on product capabilities, integration options, and technical troubleshooting. - Customer & Field Technical Training & Enablement: Create and lead educational sessions and resources to help implementation & sales teams, as needed, deepen their knowledge of the product and communicate value to prospects. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback, suggest product improvements, and support smooth implementation and adoption. What You Will Bring - 5+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, particularly in AI. - Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts. - Experience integrating and transforming manufacturing and financial data to solve complex risk and compliance challenges. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of API integrations. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex ideas for varied audiences. - A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
