To Apply for this Job Click Here Technical Architect – Microsoft D365 (Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu) Location: NE Phoenix, AZ Salary: $170,000–$190,000 + 15% Bonus Relocation Assistance Available We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Architect (Manager title, but architecture focus) to drive the strategic migration of our ERP from a legacy on-prem system to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a high-impact role where you’ll architect and implement solutions, roll up your sleeves with the tech, and help shape the future of our enterprise systems. You’ll partner with integration vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to design, build, and optimize D365 F&O and beyond. While managerial experience is a plus, the emphasis is deep technical architecture and hands-on delivery. What You’ll Do • Architect & Build: Design and configure D365 solutions, integrations, and workflows to modernize core accounting and business processes. • Optimize & Automate: Streamline workflows, reporting, dashboards, and continuous system improvements. • Integrate Across Platforms: Leverage Azure services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions, Data Factory, Storage) to connect systems and drive scalability. • Support & Enable: Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting for end users while ensuring compliance and security. • Lead Projects: Oversee integration partners, IT vendors, and consultants, ensuring projects land on time and within budget. What You Bring • 8+ years ERP expertise, with deep Microsoft D365 F&O experience. • Strong Azure integration skills (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions, Data Factory, Storage). • Proficiency in X++, C#, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI. • Hands-on experience with LCS and DMF. • Background in retail/wholesale environments preferred. • Strong communicator who can bridge business needs and technical execution.
