Gonher’s expertise in customer service, logistics, and vendor relations will help streamline Sam Ash’s online shopping experience. Who You Are: Sam Ash LLC is looking for a Business Central Administrator to join our team and be the key point of contact for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) platform. This role combines hands-on administration, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure smooth operations, system integrity, and optimal performance. What You'll Do: Key Requirements: • Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure optimal performance. • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings within Business Central. • Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding Business Central features, functionality, and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with internal teams and Microsoft support if needed. • Support and execute Business Central configuration changes and customizations based on business needs (e.g., extensions, workflows). • Onboard new users, provide training, and handle IT helpdesk-style support for system-related queries. • Document and manage system configurations and customizations for future reference. What You Bring: Required Qualifications and Experience: • Proven experience in a Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator role (3+ years preferred). • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and make recommendations using critical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making processes and techniques in a fast-paced, mixed technology environment. • Background in IT help desk or system administration, with skills in troubleshooting, user support, and basic networking/system maintenance. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including configuration, customization, and integration tools. • Demonstrated knowledge of Information Technology principles including Infrastructure support, system administration, and application support and/or application development techniques • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or related reporting tools for data analysis and custom reporting. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Organized, detail orientated with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint a plus. What We Offer: This position requires working onsite in Hicksville, NY. Salary Range $80K-$110k Based on experience.
