Role Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst, that will support data automation and ETL processes that streamline data ingestion, cleansing, and reporting across our marketing and media analytics initiatives. This role requires strong skills in Python and SQL, as well as familiarity with digital media platforms and analytics tools. You will develop solutions to manage data from various sources, ensuring it is stored efficiently in our data warehouse for reporting and insights which you will help produce. With an opportunity to evolve into a client-facing role, you’ll collaborate across teams and present data-driven insights to clients, aiding in campaign optimization and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Analysis & Reporting: Support campaign analysis and ad-hoc reporting requests using defined KPIs across accounts, drawing insights from large datasets • Data Management & Automation: Automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline data management and ensure data integrity • Data Warehouse Integration: Cleanse and standardize data from diverse sources and ensure accurate storage and accessibility within our Azure data warehouse • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Performance Marketing, Media, Creative, Account Services, Strategy, and other departments to meet client needs • Client-facing Evolution: Develop skills to eventually present findings and recommendations in a client-facing capacity • Best Practices: Uphold data handling and storage best practices to maintain data privacy and security standards Tools & Technologies • Languages & Data Handling: Python (advanced), SQL (3+ years of experience) • BI & Visualization: PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio • Cloud & ETL Platforms: Azure, AWS, ETL tools (such as Datorama or Dataiku) • Marketing Platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), DoubleClick for Marketers (DCM), Search Ads (SA360), Meta for social media analytics Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in media analytics, marketing, data science, or related field. • Experience: • Minimum 1-3 years of SQL, 0-1 year of ETL, and 1 year of data analysis • Experience with large datasets, digital marketing data, and automation • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of data warehouse structures, with experience in Python, PowerBI, and cloud solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present technical findings in a client-friendly format Join us in a role that lets you leverage your technical expertise while growing into a client-facing career.
