Customer Security Engineer- MS EntraID, Copilot & Purview As a Customer Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and support to Premier customers worldwide. Your focus will be on optimizing IT environments in a consultative manner, ensuring they are healthy and future-proof against potential issues. This involves delivering guidance on best practices, performing risk assessments, supporting migrations, and providing both onsite and remote support services. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and implement automated security solutions using AI-driven insights to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. • Manage, monitor, and configure Microsoft 365 Defender to protect against sophisticated threats across identities, endpoints, applications, and data. • Oversee the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection. • Develop and manage data protection strategies using Microsoft Purview to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information. • Implement and maintain comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT. • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. • Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD. • Familiarity with data protection and compliance frameworks. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
