Facilities Data Analyst – Portland International Airport - Rental Car Facility Conrac Solutions seeks a Facilities Data Analyst located at the Portland International Airport. Conrac Solutions partners with industry leaders to manage consolidated rental car facilities (CONRACs) at airports nationwide. These facilities include car washes, fueling stations, water reclaim systems, and other operational infrastructure that require consistent, data-driven maintenance and oversight. The Facilities Data Analyst will work under the Director of Asset Management to turn operational and maintenance data into actionable insights. Using data from work orders, inspections, utility systems, and IoT-enabled equipment, this role helps forecast maintenance needs, support capital planning, and identify trends that improve building performance, reduce downtime, and extend asset life. Ideal Candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and practical. You like making sense of data — not for data’s sake, but to help buildings run better and smarter. You understand how equipment works, what downtime costs, and how to use numbers to stay ahead of the curve. Please note this a FT Regular position located at the rental car facility at the Portland International Airport. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Collect, analyze, and interpret facility performance data from multiple sources (CMMS, utility meters, IoT sensors, vendor reports). • Develop and maintain predictive maintenance schedules for key building systems (pumps, reclaim units, HVAC, fueling stations, etc.). • Identify performance trends and inefficiencies across facilities and propose solutions to improve system uptime and reduce costs. • Support budgeting and capital improvement planning by forecasting upcoming maintenance and replacement needs. • Produce monthly facility performance dashboards and reports highlighting trends, anomalies, and recommended actions. • Partner with site teams and contractors to align maintenance timelines with operational priorities. • Refine data tracking and reporting processes to improve consistency and accuracy company-wide. QUALIFICATIONS • Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in facilities or asset management accepted. • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance planning, or operations analysis. • Strong analytical and technical skills with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Proficiency in Excel and data management systems (CMMS, Domo, Azure, or Yardi). • Familiarity with predictive maintenance principles, equipment lifecycles, and facility systems. • Comfortable working with field and technical staff to validate data and recommendations. · Strong communication skills with ability to explain findings in clear, actionable terms. · Professional in appearance and character.
