Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Consultant specializing in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. The consultant will support the design, development, and implementation of business process improvements using tools like SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone early in their consulting career who is eager to learn, grow technical expertise, and deliver value to clients. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform. • Exposure to developing solutions with: Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven), Power Automate (basic workflows), Power BI (reporting and dashboarding), SharePoint Online (site design, lists, libraries) • General understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.). • Ability to learn quickly, follow guidance from senior team members, and translate business needs into technical tasks. • Strong communication skills and interest in consulting with diverse clients Responsibilities: • Assist senior consultants in understanding client business needs and developing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Support building business applications with Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate. • Help design reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making. • Provide basic administration and support for SharePoint Online sites. • Contribute to solution testing, documentation, and end-user support. • Stay current with Microsoft 365 features and Power Platform updates. • Participate in professional development and certifications as part of career growth. Preferred Skills: • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200) or interest in obtaining them. • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms. • Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#) is a plus. • Prior experience working on team projects, internships, or consulting engagements. • Interest in process mapping and business analysis.
