Position Summary The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Developer will help lead a development team responsible for individual product development, client specific development, and the over development productization and roadmap for Clients First Business Solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES • Product development • Client specific development • Provide training, configuration, and support of all products and development • Troubleshooting for reported issues of products and development • Automated test creation • Train the development team on current technologies • Provide leadership to the development team on a day-to-day basis • Create client facing development estimates • Lead productization and roadmap discussions SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum five years development experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV. Please DO NOT apply if you don't have this. • AL experience • Source Code Management experience (Azure DevOps) • ERP Software experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV preferred • Knowledge of PowerShell a plus • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, accounting, business, or another technology-related field preferred • Previous experience in a development leadership role • Ability to meet deadlines utilizing strong organization habits • Great communication and presentation skills • Ability to quickly learn new business processes or applications • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to work independently on defined tasks • Commitment to improving internal practices • Strong attention to detail • Team player • Highly motivated and a self-starter • Proven ability to solve problems • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required Why Join Clients First: As an outcome-oriented, collaborative team of technology enthusiasts, Clients First provides an environment built for the pragmatic, passionate professional.
