What You'll Do: • Architect & Innovate: Design and deploy a robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM tailored for tax resolution. • Power Up with PowerApps: Create innovative PowerApps solutions that streamline our business processes and boost efficiency. • Integrate & Optimize: Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms using APIs, while crafting clean, maintainable C# code. • Data Maestro: Manage databases, write SQL queries, and visualize data to uncover insights that drive our business forward. • Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions that meet our evolving needs. • Guide & Train: Provide documentation, training, and support to ensure our team fully harnesses the power of new features and updates. Who You Are: • Tech Pro: You have 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps, and you're comfortable navigating C#, APIs, SQL, and databasing (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). • Change Champion: You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about driving innovation and optimizing tech solutions. • Communicator Extraordinaire: Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Problem-Solver: You're not just a developer; you're a creative thinker who can analyze existing workflows and propose actionable enhancements. Bonus Points: • Experience in tax resolution or similar industries. • Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and modern development tools like Visual Studio and Git. • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure technologies.
