The mhp.si web development team is looking for a web developer who can join our organization to help us code websites and maintain the server infrastructure that supports the hosting of our many web clients. We are seeking a versatile Mid-Level Web Developer who also brings hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops practices. This hybrid role blends modern web development with server management, CI/CD, and cloud operations on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You'll play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications while ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the underlying infrastructure. Your core duties and responsibilities will have you working with account and project management teams to estimate the time and effort required to build web applications for our clients based on functional and business requirements. • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, .NET, Node.js, or similar). • Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement responsive and accessible front-end features. • Build and integrate APIs and back-end services. • Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer-review code for quality and efficiency. • Work with databases such as Postgre SQL, MSSQL, MySQL, or Mongo DB. Server & Dev Ops (25%) • Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and implement best practices for security and scalability. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops. • Monitor application performance, set up alerts, and troubleshoot production issues. • Automate provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation. • Maintain version control and deployment workflows using Git and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred). Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development. • Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and practices (CI/CD, monitoring, IaC, containers). • Solid understanding of server/network architecture and Linux administration. • Razor, Razor Pages experience • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Word Press, Kentico, Umbraco, Sitefinity, or Hub Spot CMS • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and security practices. • MVC programming • .NET Core and .NET Standard experience.
