The Senior Systems Administrator will ensure the smooth and secure operation of computer systems-covering both hardware and software across physical and virtual environments. System Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical/virtual servers, storage arrays, and endpoints. Security & Compliance: Handle user identity (on-prem and cloud), group policy management, vulnerability remediation, and adherence to BSA/AML/CFT/Sanctions policies. Project Support: Act as a technical lead and collaborate with teams to meet business objectives. Backup & Recovery: Monitor and implement data protection strategies. Change Management: Document and get approval for system changes. On-Call Duty: Participate in a rotating emergency support schedule.
