Job Overview As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and provide outstanding service to our internal and external stakeholders, we seek a skilled Business Central Application Support and Power BI Reports Developer. This role is essential for maintaining and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments and developing insightful Power BI reports to aid decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities • Work closely with various departments to translate business needs into technical specifications. • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central issues to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. • Implement new Business Central modules as required to support and scale the business • Develop, customize, and maintain pages, reports, and code units within the Business Central environment. • Maintain data integrity and accuracy by implementing proper data collection, storage, and retrieval mechanisms. • Design, develop, and deploy actionable, high-impact Power BI reports and dashboards that provide strategic insights and facilitate data-driven decisions. • Continuously evaluate and improve existing BI and Business Central systems to enhance performance and user satisfaction. • Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing Business Central and Power BI dashboards. • Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Qualifications / Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules such as Manufacturing, WMS, Financials, etc. • Strong experience in Power BI report development. • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in a dynamic environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Experience with SQL Server, including writing queries and understanding relational database management. • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI are preferred. • Team player who is able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. • Self-directed, personally motivated with strong attention to detail. • Ability to perform all essential functions and physical demands of the job. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while focusing on meeting and exceeding expectations. Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work at a computer. • Good vision and hearing. • Basic mobility within the office.
