Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION This role is a Lead Business Analyst with experience in IT solutions to join our Client Experience Practice. Lead Business Analysts lead meetings for business analysis, functional design, business process design, and user enablement needs. This role is responsible for overseeing customer’s needs to ascertain requirements, strive to build and maintain strong customer relations as well as ensure client expectations are successfully met. Job Duties • Leads requirements gathering and discovery workshops for custom IT solutions • Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems • Analyzes and document system requirements that meet solution needs • Collaborates and leads meetings with developers to ensure technical feasibility of all proposed solutions • Performs gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities for IT solutions • Manages developers’ expectation by providing functional clarification and setting expectations with team and client • Identifies, documents, and manages change; transitions delivered solution to end users • Manages, oversees, and delegates the authoring and creation of design artifacts such as functional design specifications, low fidelity wireframes, use cases, user personas, data dictionaries, process and data flow diagrams • Oversees the strategy, governance, and design of IT solutions • Documents, socializes, and triages issues, defects, and enhancement requests • Manages traceability matrices, change requests, test plans and cases, user guides, capability discovery and delivery roadmaps • Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities • N/A Education Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Bachelor’s degree, required Experience • Five (5) or more years professional experience as a Technical or Functional Business Analyst or equivalent IT solutions and technology role, required • Experience gathering, documenting requirements and leading working sessions, required • Experience in overseeing and delegating to junior business analysts, required Software • Experienced with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required: • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, or Copilot) • Custom Application Development • Data analytics • Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, or HCM) Cybersecurity • Microsoft Technologies proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, required • ShareGate and Microsoft’s Migration Manager tools, preferred • Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio or other project management tools, preferred • Axure, Figma, or other prototyping and interface design tools, preferred Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and demonstrate the ability to multiple teams • Ability to proactively identify risks and participate in the mitigation plan • Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment • Must be willing to travel to the client as needed Keywords: Functional Lead, Business Analyst, BA, Quality Assurance, PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlik, Balsamic, JIRA, Enterprise Tester, Requirements Gathering, User Experience, Testing, User Enablement, Data Visualization, SharePoint, Application Development, Software, Definition, .Net, Java, Office 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Custom Applications, Data Analytics, CRM, Cloud Strategy Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
