Business Intelligence Data Analyst (Entry Level) Join to apply for the Business Intelligence Data Analyst (Entry Level) role at Jobright.ai. Royal Caribbean Group, a leader in the vacation industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join their Data Analytics and AI Team. The role involves developing end-to-end BI solutions, assisting business stakeholders, and contributing to the BI Center of Excellence while ensuring optimal performance of BI systems. Responsibilities: • BI Report, Dashboard & Data Development: Assist internal stakeholders in understanding their BI and data needs, support the development of dashboards, reports, automated tools, and analytics for data-driven decision-making. • Strategic Insights/Opportunities: Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities where BI solutions can enhance decision-making, revenue, and operations, and support BI/Analytics implementation. • Power BI Systems Administration: Support BI Systems team with user access, security, and workspace management to ensure performance and availability of Power BI reports. • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models, following best practices for visualization and performance. • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the BI CoE by sharing knowledge, training users, and establishing enterprise standards and methodologies. • Innovation and Research: Stay updated on BI, AI, and data analytics trends; recommend new strategies and tools to improve BI capabilities.Qualifications: Required: • 2-4 years of experience in BI/data dashboard and report development. • Familiarity with BI systems, data integration, and BI solutions development. • Proficiency in Power BI and related tools. • Experience in Power BI administration. • Knowledge of data integration platforms like Azure Data Factory. • Understanding of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Transact SQL, or Python. • Knowledge of BI architecture and database platforms, both on-premises and cloud-based. • Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical partners. • Strong project and time management skills. Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or relevant work experience.
