Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Power BI skills and hands-on experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment! Contract Duration: 2 months Schedule: Part-time | 16 hours per week Worksite Location:Bloomington, MN | Remote or Hybrid Compensation: $55.00-$60.00 per hour What you'll do as a Business Analyst: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to gather and understand reporting requirements Design, build, and deploy a customer relationship-focused Power BI dashboard within the D365 environment Provide visual analytics and insights that allow sales to better understand customer geography, buying behavior, and engagement opportunities Work with data sources across D365, Oracle, Snowflake, and OAC Ensure the final dashboard is intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with business expectations Deliver and document the dashboard within the estimated 100-115-hour project scope What you need to become a Business Analyst: Proven experience building Power BI dashboards embedded in Microsoft D365 Strong ability to translate business requirements into visual data solutions Experience working with data from Oracle, Snowflake, and OAC is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams Ability to manage a short-term, milestone-driven project independently Familiarity with sales and/or customer relationship data is preferred Take the first step on your new career path!
