We are looking for a Business Consultant, to join our team and help design and deliver innovative CRM solutions for global clients. This is a remote position, open to professionals based anywhere in Brazil. Key Responsibilities Design and document CRM workflows and business processes using BPMN/UML, mapped to Dynamics 365. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; support validation through UAT. Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning expectations. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Support change management initiatives and coordinate training to promote user adoption. Requirements 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP). Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Functional Consultant or Developer) preferred. Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions. Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments. Advanced English (B2/C1) – essential for communication with global teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Remote role – open to candidates based in Brazil.
