The Jr Systems Administrator is an essential member of the team that provides support to keep our I.T department up and running. The Jr Systems Administrator will keep Adelante's systems, hardware, and software functioning by providing tech support with computers, cell phones and other technology as well as programs and software used in the daily work of our office staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor and respond to support tickets, system alerts, and direct requests from Adelante staff. • Support users in a Windows and Windows Server enterprise environment. • Ability to work in our Microsoft Active Directory Environment. • Maintain asset inventory and manage mobile devices via Mobile Device Management (MDM). • Collaborate with the IT team to document, update and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology and Telecommunications Education and Experience • High school Diploma or equivalent. • One (1) year of experience working in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment, providing technical support and customer service • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with Adelante staff, and communicate technical information in a clear, non-technical manner. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently as well as within a team, managing time efficiently. • A desire to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry standards. • Familiarity with data protection regulations, such as HIPAA, CMMC, and other compliance frameworks. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations. Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record. Must possess a valid NM driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, perform keyboarding/typing functions, lift 50 lbs frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull, carry occasionally. Must be able to meet any job requirement for which the clients are being trained. Physical requirements may vary depending on job assignment. Must have visual acuity and manual dexterity to perform timely and accurate data entry. Must be able to make individual, small group, and large group presentations as required by position. Effective performance requires continual thinking and attention to work/detail demanded by the knowledge, skills, abilities and essential functions of the job. Must be able to work flexible hours as required to fulfill job responsibilities. Job Type: Full-Time Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm. Pay From: Starting at $19.00 - $21.00 DOE.
